A little more testing is in order, why is the manifold pressure high? My resources show fuel pressure specs to be 50-60 psi. Possibly a perforated regulator dumping fuel?? Have you checked the basics, re-verify the ignition timing, I have seen many 4.9l twist ... Login to read more.
