It fairly obvious on an inline 6 that companion cylinders are 1-6; 2-5; 3-4 and these would be linked by the individual coil secondary connections.

But seeing the centre coil and RH coil apparently "switched" from logic makes for a nightmare, I agree. Login to read more.
