how do you tell the difference between a 350 SBC and 400 SBC?

I have a swamp buggy here and the guy says that it has a 400 SBC ...how can I tell...I remember SOMETHING about the amount of freeze plugs or positioning...I KNOW you all will know TIA !! Login to read more.
