Hi Brian Try removing the EGR valve and block off the manifold, could be a sticking EGR valve or a clogged vent filter that sits on top of it. Thats if it has the old style EGR valve. If it is the electronic one just take it off and see if anyone of the the 3 ... Login to read more.
