Subject 1999 Grand Cherokee 4.7L

Vehicle came in for A/C recharge. High side was going over 300 PSI in the stall at 2,000 RPM. This vehicle uses a fan clutch with an engine mounted fan and an electric fan on the radiator in front of the clutch fan.
