I had a simular problem with one of my tow trucks. The cross shaft for the clutch and brake pedals had plastic sleeve bushings on each end and a nut/bolt at each end of the shaft. The bolt/nuts kept working loose. You might try tightening them. Others spoke of... Login to read more.
