The GM TSB for the Nickel plated yoke is #01-04-17-004 - This is ONLY for 99~2002 full size pickups with extended cab, short bed, and auto 4wd. I believe GM cancelled the TSB on changing the fluid that Russell mentioned, although it should help. GM part... Login to read more.
