There is a TSB on this problem, Bottom line is to replace the transfer case fluid with the GM blue fluid. The correct fluid type is listed in the owners manual, but the vehicle is delivered with ATF (red) fluid in the transfer case. The clunk is caused by the ... Login to read more. ![]()
