Hello Jeff, Attempting a normal start. After no-start, leaving the key on (KOEO) ignition. Then a 10 minute wait period. I've done these before, and the THEFT light always flashes, then goes solid at the 10 minute mark. This one never flashes. Ive even waited ... Login to read more.
