I would recommend you look at Valvoline SynPower 5W40 or Castrol Syntec 5W50. 5W40 is what I believe Mercedes would use in Germany. Mobil1 is just fine too, IMO, but they don't sell it in 5W40 or 5W50 grades here last I checked. Login to read more.
