I'll be replacing the timing belt on a '97 Civic and I was looking over the OEM procedure and specs. What struck me is that is it looks like a torque-to-yield bolt. Honda says to replace the crankshaft pulley bolt after removal and the spec is to torque to 130... Login to read more.
