Hi Ben. The fan comes on at 221F. The QDM codes could be caused by the fan circuit though this is not usually case. Considering the fan DOES come on with the AC I would think the Q-driver for the fan relay is just fine. We have a very high failure rate on CCP ... Login to read more.
