Hi. This car sets a P1259 - VTEC SYSTEM FAILURE code after driving on the freeway for several miles. The DTC is always set between 2,000-3,000 rpm. The system appears to be OK electrically. The VTEC solenoid valve and pressure switch both appear to work normal... Login to read more.
