Subject vehicle is a 2001 F150 4.6L. We installed plugs in this vehicle about 3 weeks and now one has shot out of the head and taken all the threads will it. The plugs were removed and installed by hand, no air tools. Has anyone ever encountered this before or... Login to read more.
