130k on the car now, you've dumped the oil every 1k, or 130 times. The filter got changed every 3k, or 43 times.

Let's work off COSTS...5qts oil=10 bucksx130=1300 bucks in oil costs alone. Add 6 bucks for a filterx43 times, for 260 bucks...
