Re: 30RPM'S and not even cranking?
If its a Ford (don't have Saturn over here) below 300RPM (I
have found that below 175/200 is generally no start) is
considered to be in crank mode, underspeed mode is from 300
to normal idle speed and run mode exceeds 500 rpm.
