I think you are looking at the heater - likely a PWM signal.

The 'new' Toyota sensor is a current-mode sensor with a 3 volt bias, so the 2 wires that have 3 volts on them are the actual sensor. (You have to look at current here, not voltage. Tricky - and Joh... Login to read more.
