Anyone here using the NGS and Ford Flash software to reprogram Ford PCM's? I am attempting my first PROM flash and it keeps failing with the following error message:

UNABLE TO PERFORM TEST/FUNCTION PCM NOT INITIALIZING COMMUNICATION
