93 Civic won't pass smog test

Hi, We have this 93 Civic 8 valve multi-port injection car that has high HC's at 2500 rpm. Looking at the O2 voltages, something is happening at exactly 2100 rpm that causes the mixture to get rich. At 2000 rpm the O2 sensor signal looks normal on the oscillos... Login to read more.
