Well, we found it. The intake gaskets were baked hard and unable to seal. These are the low torque gaskets. The rubber was hard and we suspect that a small vacuum leak was created. I don't know why a vacuum gauge didn't pick this up. Maybe not sensitive enough... Login to read more.
