In your descritpion you state that the cel flashes on 1 time, and then back off. I think thats pretty important, as a clue. So to turn the CEL on, you either loose crank sensor ( no rpm) ,,, power or ground to the pcm,,, or set a trouble code,,, or have a bad ... Login to read more. ![]()
