Did a head gasket/timing chain job on a 22R-E 400 miles ago. Sent head for reconditioning, and reinstalled. The whole sha-bang. Got it back with excessive valve train noise. Checked valve clearance hot. Intake @ .007", Exhaust @ .012". Checked oil pressure- 55... Login to read more.
