Be sure to check the ACT. Before starting it should agree with the ECT. Voltage should be about 3.5V @ 50 degrees F. Basicly, the EEC-IV system looks at ACT, ECT & PIP as primary inputs for cold start & warm up. If ACT & ECT are in range look for a TPS... Login to read more.
