My sister-in-law has a 1998 Explorer that surges so bad cold it stalls after a minute. Warm it runs fine. I tried plugging the EGR vacuum port but it still surges bad. Could it be the idle air control passage plugged or blocked? Thanks for your help in advance... Login to read more.
