Yes, there is a tool that fits the inside of the opening where the bolt is located.I had one that was that tight also and I was able to loosen it with a 3/4 in. drive ratchet, which is 24 inches long, along with a Impact adapter from 3/4 to 1/2, on the socket.... Login to read more.
