Hi Dan. Thanks for your post. I do the same thing. I have cut open pumps and counted the commutators and on this 3.1 it has 8. So doing the math counting over 8 humps ,it took 13.52ms for a brand new pump to spin once or 4438 revs per min. A new pump wiil draw... Login to read more.
