By seeing your fuel pressure spec of 13.9 PSI, I see that it's a TBI unit. At first I was wondering as spec is 55-61 for a VIN code W, and 38-43 PSI for a VIN code Z. It doesn't look like a fuel delivery problem. I would be looking at secondary igni... Login to read more.
