I have the breakout chart in front of me. You should have Vlow at ECM B5 and 5V at B9. For the signal part, you should have a varying voltage of 0.4(idle) to 4.4V(WOT) on B17. The B25 pin should have a 0-12V signal with a 4ms period and a pulse wid... Login to read more.
