I would be surprised if ALL POWER is being fed thru the module. I would rather suspect (and I've seen) loose/bad main GROUNDS. Some Mopars use a 'power-ground'.This is a dedicated heavy gauge cable to ground the starter and engine. A good quick test to verify ... Login to read more.
