Hi Mike. There is a TSB (Cadillac T89-85) regarding flickering or blank displays. If both the IPC (Instrument Panel) and CCDIC (Climate Control Driver Information Center) are affected, with an EO47 code, the most likely fault is the CPS (Central Power Supply).... Login to read more.
