Stroke, cylinder diameter, valve overlap, fuel volatility, etc all have a profound effect on that. A propane powered old tractor (or gas powered on a warm day) can probably be started at .001 RPM. Formula One stuff probably has to be cranked some ridiculous sp... Login to read more. ![]()
