Thanks, Bill and Steve! I couldn't upload images because I'm using a networked, shop-owned pc, but I did as you both mentioned and put a skim coat of JB Weld in the gouged areas and carefully sanded it flat, then applied sealant in the prescribed manner, only ... Login to read more.
