Hi Eric, YES totally followed this chart and went over it multiple times. In Fact The F20 Circuit does have 12.6 Volts on it , and the Scan tool under TIPM shows both signals being Satisfied. That F20 Circuit is Varified by the pid on the Scanner seeing " Key ... Login to read more.
