It depends on a lot of factors, some of which MIGHT be in the SI. Having iATN/DN etc or even a Tech-Line to talk to sometimes are the only answers.

Can't say on Honda, but Toyota and Subaru (e.g.) are especially known for the info NOT being in regular SI but... Login to read more.
