I got a 1998 Dodge 2500 utilty truck in today. It has a ABS and Brake light on. The Right wheel cylinder was leaking. I replaced the cylinders and rear shoes. I tried to use Snap on Scanner to to enter ABS Mode and "Cannot Communicate Message" Checked all fuse... Login to read more.
