Buddy, I just called Fluke to find out the lowest voltage the Fluke 87 can read? It goes down to 10 micro-volts. So if you want to use a 10 amp CC (constant current) power supply to measure the coils in a 3 phase motor, or to find bad solder joints, internally... Login to read more.
