Hi Howard: When I did finally separate the fuse box, I did, in fact, check the "output" leg of ATCS fuse from underneath. It did power a 2.5 amp test light to ground. That black wire (small diameter..maybe 20ga…) went straight downward and towards the le... Login to read more.
