... I would tell S-I-L to change both hoses and see if either appears to be restricted with a water hose(off the vehicle) ...Inside liner of hi-side hose could have a 'flap'.... if both those prove out... blow thru the cooler... if it appears to be OK... hook ... Login to read more.
