I use a Cardaq 3 Plus which is what your Pass Thru Pro IV is based on. Sometimes I have issues doing programming on older GMs because of network speeds. What I do is go into Cardaq J2534 Toolbox and enable "Diagnostic Mode" which creates a log file... Login to read more.
