We had a ridgeline once put a bunch of coolant into the trans fluid via a bad cooler (have seen Toyota trucks do this a lot). Have also had the cooler nipple rust off the radiator on ridgeline and pilot and blow off, expelling the trans fluid. But haven't seen... Login to read more.
