most common thing we saw on the GM's with belt chirp was ps pulley miss alignment. Be sure pulley is on flush. Some would actually chirp when flush. Most time some one had put pulley on wrong. gates and dayco both make pulley alignment tools. Be sure harmonic ... Login to read more.
