I'm contemplating buying a used Bolt as a commuter. Where I'm at, there's a $4000 tax credit and no sales tax on used EV's (under $16k). They all seem to have new batteries with an 8 year / 100K mile warranty. Are there any other things to look for on ... Login to read more.
