Re: validating opposing voltages alternator/battery
Tony, when alternator is charging the battery, their opposing voltages are the reason that a 14.5 volt alternator can be across a battery of .02 ohms, and have a reasonable amount of battery intake current. There is no other explanation, except KVL/KCL and Ohm... Login to read more. ![]()
