It's a GM so the fuel pressure regulator is always suspected. Try this get the engine good and hot, then disconnect the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator and install a hand pump with a clear hose. Pump 20 inches of vacuum on it and then shut the engin... Login to read more.
