Agree re the leaded vs unleaded fuel issue. We always fitted seat inserts to cast iron heads. No seats, no warranty (have seen the valves pull up into the head 6mm on induction hardened seats used on cast iron heads). Never had a problem with aluminium heads. ... Login to read more.
