Thank you both for the tip. I checked backpressure on both banks by removing a spark plug on each side and using my WPS in-cylinder. Indeed the cats are clogged. I observed up to 7 psi backpressure at about 2000 rpm and had 3.2psi at idle. Thank you both! Login to read more.
