This motor will crank and has 15in's of vacuum for about 5 sec's then drops to 5in's of vacuum... If i try to restart the motor without turning the switch off... it starts and remains at 5in's of vacuum... if switch is turned off for 30 sec's... I have vacuum ... Login to read more.
