I have clamped a vice grip,with a pencil taped to it onto the rocker tip. Hold a piece of cardboard to the pencil and crank the motor. Compare length of lines drawn. Thinking about it, it might work better to clamp the vice grip to the center-side of the rocke... Login to read more.
