As a couple of folks said, a new coil (OEM) fixed the problem, for reasons unknown to me. The TSB did not apply to this vehicle (one of two coil manufacturer issue). After restoring spark on cyl #3, I replaced the other 3 coils and all of the spark plugs w/ OE... Login to read more.
