Thanks Brad. I solved the problem using Photoshop (grin).

I'd set the scanner at 90 dpi scan and did a pre-scan. I then did the scan but must have hit the default scan command because it was now at 300 dpi. Reduced the picture size using Photoshop and its no... Login to read more.
